To get your orders in time for Eid, look for the 'fast delivery' text on the size drop down menu on the product page by 28th March. If the product and size doesn't say 'fast delivery' and says 'within 2-4 days' we cannot guarantee your product will arrive in time for Eid.

Great news, shipping is currently free for all orders over 280 AED. Orders under 280 AED will be charged at 20 AED for shipping per order.

Next Day delivery is available when you order by 11.30pm and for items stocked within our GCC warehouse - Delivery times will be confirmed at checkout.

Please allow extra days for delivery during UAE holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time. Collection may be required where duties are payable.

Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Next Directory, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. This does not affect your rights to return faulty items.

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

1. Select the reason code for the item/s you are returning.

2. Tear off the completed returns note and place inside the parcel with item/s you are returning (this is really important as we can not action a credit/refund with out it).

3. Follow the stages in the Portal to create your return label. You will need information from your return note to complete this.

4. AED25 will be deducted from your refund for using this service.

5. Attach the returns address label that you will print off with this tool to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is not visible any more.

6. Return your parcel using your preferred method.

7. Keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation you have been credited. You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.

Create Easy Local Returns Now

International orders placed online cannot be returned to a Next Retail Store. You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via post using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Next. (This does not affect your statutory rights). All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken unless the item is faulty. You will receive a refund within 5 - 7 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.

Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility. Please refer to your customs department for guidance.

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Dirhams (AED). Next designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
